He has extensive experience in technology due diligence and assimilations related to company acquisitions having led the technology due diligence, assimilation strategy, assimilation implementation and transition in over 45 acquisitions. He has also extensive experience in assessing a company’s technology strategy and capacity, formulating a vision and operating plan that supports senior management’s business objectives, and implementing the projects that bring true value to the business owners.
