We are organizing the 11th "Dynamics NAV/365 Business Central Functional Academy" for all versions of Dynamics solutions. The new academy is suitable for users of both older and newer versions, as the functional part does not differ significantly, except in the UI.

The training is intended for employees who are key users in accounting and finance, IT for user support, or other departments. Previous participants unanimously agree that the training is an essential part of using NAV/365BC.

The program is designed in a concentrated form and includes 8 content modules of official Microsoft Dynamics NAV/365BC courses.

• With the acquired knowledge, you will master all content parts of key NAV/365 BC functionalities (also for the years 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018).
• You will be able to provide first-level support to users yourself.
• You will be able to systematically and qualitatively introduce new users to basic functionalities.
• You will have a better insight into the workflow and control over the work of external contractors.
• The program includes basic and advanced functional knowledge.
• Certification is possible after completing the course - we can add exam preparation and taking the exam to the offer.
• In 2022, we added a new module - CRM & Marketing in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/365BC.
• In 2023, we expanded the Warehouse management module.
