Course overview
As organizations rapidly transition toward Agentic AI, understanding how to build, govern, and deploy autonomous intelligent agents is a critical business advantage.
This intensive session offers a consolidated, hands-on overview of the core concepts from three official Microsoft courses: MS-4014, PL-7008, and MS-4022. Participants will learn the fundamentals of preparing their Microsoft 365 environment, developing custom low-code AI agents in Copilot Studio, and securely integrating them with external enterprise systems.
Important Note: This masterclass is designed as a strategic overview and introductory primer. It does not replace the official, full-length Microsoft Official Courseware (MOC) tracks for MS-4014, PL-7008, and MS-4022. Rather, it serves as an essential stepping stone, giving technical professionals and decision-makers a clear roadmap of the Microsoft AI ecosystem before they pursue comprehensive certification
training.
By the end of the day, you will have a clear, actionable roadmap for implementing scalable and secure AI agents, and a distinct understanding of which deep-dive official courses your team needs next.
